I can't find the garment I want, Can you source it?
Almost definitely! We have a very wide number of suppliers & potential products. Drop us over an email with your request & we'll let you know.
What is your turn around time?
Turnaround is typically 7 - 10 working days for printing, but some finishing services can add a little time to the order. Examples of this below:
Neck prints: +1 or 2 days
Polybagging: +1 or 2 days
All dates are best estimates & are based on the date the order is signed off.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order for screen printing starts at 10 items per design.
For DTG, our minimum order is 10 but designs can be mixed to achieve this number.
The maximum number of colours we can print per design is 8 depending on the design.
For finishing service, our minimum order starts at 24 pieces.
Can I supply my own garments?
We can print on supplied items however, We have some conditions for supplied garments:
1. If we are unfamiliar with the product, a sample of each garment sent prior to finalising the order is required. This is so we can make sure they will fit on our presses, test print & measure if necessary. This should avoid most potential issues.
2. We have typical spoilage rates which we adhere to. When we source products we over order stock to compensate for our spoilage rates. We recommend when supplying your own items that you supply up to 10% extra to accommodate this.
We can not accept responsibility for misprinted or defected items if the quantity falls within the above tolerances.
3. Supplied garments aren't guaranteed. Garments we source are made to be decorated so typically yield good print results, if there's an issue with the print after washing or after leaving the premises due to the fabric we can't be held responsible for replacing these.
Are your products Vegan?
Stanley/Stella, Ecologie & Native Spirit products are PETA approved (certified vegan).
Regarding ink, we have waterbased inks available for screen printing & DTG that are PETA & Soil Association Approved (vegan).
Our plastisol inks are free from harmful phthalates, but due to their nature they are not organic.
If having vegan products is important to you & you're placing a custom order please state this when requesting a quote.
